Soul Beach Boutique Hotel & Spa (Adults Only), Playa del Carmen

The hotel had its ups and downs. On the bright side, the rooms were very clean, and the location was excellent, just a short stroll from Fifth Avenue. However, I faced issues with the service, as it took a long time to get any help when problems arose. The dining options weren't great either; I found them to be quite limited for what I expected.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great comfort and some minor frustrations. The rooms were large and quiet, which made for peaceful nights, though I did face ongoing water issues. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making check-in smooth, but the communication regarding services was a bit lacking. While the location was ideally tucked away just off a bustling avenue, it also felt a little warm and humid at times. Overall, I found the price to be fair for what I received, despite the water problem.
